Neoprene pad: 1) Protects against rubbing, bumping and abrasive surfaces; 2) Cushions wrists against RSIs caused by nerve compression where nerves or arteries are susceptible to pinching from sustained localized pressure; and 3) Reflects soothing body heat back to irritation.
